Switch off the pieces you do not use
Time, Invoices, Chat, Boards and Docs can each be turned off per bothy in Settings. A bothy that only tracks time now shows nothing else — for everyone in it, not just the owner.
Contracts, signed in Bothy
Draft a contractor agreement from the template, sign it, and send a link. They sign from their phone, and signing opens their account with the rate already on their record.
Rate overrides for a single month
Billing can override a contractor’s markup for one month without touching their record. The override carries an amber flag until you reset it.
Boards swipe on mobile
The four columns became a pager instead of a sideways scroll, so a board is usable one-handed on a phone.
Docs collections
Runbooks and client terms group into collections, and reading one works like opening a thread rather than navigating a tree.
