Roadmap

What we are building next.

In order, and only things being actively worked on. If it is not here it has not been decided, and nothing on this list has a promised date.

NowQuickBooks pushClient invoices are already built and ready; this closes the copy-paste.
NextReporting across bothiesFor people running several client orgs from one account.
ShippedContracts and e-signingThe crew record holds the rate and engagement type, so the agreement lives there now.

Now — QuickBooks push

A client invoice in Bothy is complete: approved hours, the rate on each record, grouped by project. Today you copy it across. The connection pushes it instead, and pulls payment status back so an invoice marked paid in QuickBooks is marked paid here.

Xero is the same shape of work and follows if there is demand for it.

Next — reporting across bothies

A person who runs four client orgs cannot currently see them side by side. The multi-org model supports it; the reporting does not exist yet. This is the largest item on the list and the least specified.

Shipped — contracts and e-signing

Every crew record already carries the rate, the markup and the engagement type. The agreement that sets those numbers used to live in someone’s email. It is on the record now, so the terms and the billing cannot drift apart.

A template per engagement, with clauses set by where the person is

Not planned

Payroll, payment rails, time-off and expense management. Each would raise the price for everyone, and most teams already have them solved. If that changes it will be because customers asked, not because the list looked short.

The door is open.

Thirty days free for a team, free forever for one person. If it does not replace at least three things you pay for, do not keep it.
