Data export
Leaving should be as easy as arriving.
Export is complete, free and immediate, and it exists because a workspace you cannot leave is a workspace you cannot trust. You do not need to ask us, and there is no retention period to wait out.

What comes out
Time — every entry with person, project, date, hours and approval state (CSV)
Invoices — each invoice with its line items, rates and totals (CSV + PDF)
Boards — tickets with status, assignee, project and notes (CSV)
Documents — one Markdown file per doc, in collection folders
Chat — one file per channel and DM, in date order (Markdown)
Crew — member records with rates, markup and engagement type (CSV)
What it is not
It is not a proprietary archive that only Bothy can read, and it is not a partial dump that quietly omits the rates or the chat history. If something is in your bothy it is in the export.
After you leave
Export stays available for ninety days after cancellation so you are not racing a clock on your last day. After that the data is deleted. Ask and we will delete it sooner.
The door is open.
Thirty days free for a team, free forever for one person. If it does not replace at least three things you pay for, do not keep it.
